METHOD / EVIDENCE-LED COMMERCIAL WORK
Finding a plausible connection is the easy part. Cainworth’s method asks whether the underlying need, parties, capabilities, economics and permissions are sufficiently supported to justify the next step.
Discuss this need01 / PURPOSE
Our approach is human-reviewed today. The developing CORE OS technology is intended to make selected parts of this work more systematic over time; it is not an existing autonomous brokerage or transaction engine.
A good result can be an evidence-backed decision not to proceed. An attractive project budget is not itself a buying mandate, compensation right or collected fee.
02 / INVESTIGATION & QUALIFICATION
Specific steps and any commercial fee must be agreed for the actual engagement. This framework describes how we assess the work, not a promise of completed deals.
Identify a specific requirement, proven offer or change suggesting potential demand.
Identify the actual participants, requirement details and original supporting material.
Separate independent evidence from claims, guesses and stale information.
Calculate only with stated assumptions; assess delivered economics and material risks.
Confirm buyer/seller permissions, exact scope, commercial rights and agreed terms.
Support only agreed introductions, research or permitted commercial actions.
Record actual responses, decisions, delivery and fees where applicable; learn from failures too.
03 / USEFUL DISTINCTIONS
No. Supplier claims need appropriate corroboration before they become supported findings.
No. Evidence can justify rejecting a candidate, changing scope or stopping a case.
No. CORE OS is under development. Present commercial work remains human-reviewed and bounded by actual authority.
Cainworth's role is selective commercial investigation and authorized support. We do not imply legal, brokerage, financial or technical licensing from publication of this page.
04 / SECURITY & VERIFICATION
Cainworth applies proportionate verification to commercial assignments, including counterparty identity and authority, supporting evidence, material claims and commercial permissions. Unsupported claims remain unverified, and where the evidence does not justify proceeding, we stop.
Public listings, documents, introductions and commercial statements are treated as claims until the level of evidence required for the decision has been established.
Start with a brief description of the need, offer or market situation. We'll first determine whether a suitable scope and responsible parties can be established.
