FOR SELLERS / BUYER DISCOVERY

Find where capable supply may meet real demand.

A producer or seller may know what it can supply without knowing which buyers currently need it. Cainworth investigates purchasing signals, buyer categories, distribution channels and specific commercial fit before any permitted approach.

Discuss this need

01 / PURPOSE

A relevant company is not yet a confirmed customer.

Finding a distributor, public project or company purchasing similar products is a starting point. We distinguish an organization that may be relevant from one with an actual, current buying requirement and an authorized procurement route.

Our decision rule

No prospect is presented as a committed buyer without the evidence to support that status. Confidential leads and commercial representation require agreed protection and permission.

02 / INVESTIGATION & QUALIFICATION

How a candidate becomes a decision.

Specific steps and any commercial fee must be agreed for the actual engagement. This framework describes how we assess the work, not a promise of completed deals.

01

Structure the offer

Describe the seller, actual goods or services, capacity and reliable evidence.

02

Map relevant buyers

Investigate purchasers, channels, tenders and sector participants with a plausible need.

03

Look for demand evidence

Separate verified procurement from public activity, market inference or outdated enquiries.

04

Test commercial fit

Examine specifications, eligibility, price conditions, geography and possible delivery arrangements.

05

Agree approach and terms

Define who may be contacted, lead exclusions, confidentiality and fee triggers in writing.

06

Learn from real responses

Record whether demand was confirmed, declined, redirected or converted into authorized work.

03 / USEFUL DISTINCTIONS

Questions sellers often ask

Will you send emails to large numbers of buyers?

No bulk emailing is offered as a substitute for qualification. Contact is selective and only undertaken when properly authorized and compliant with applicable rules.

Does a public procurement notice mean we have a buyer?

Not automatically. Eligibility, freshness, purchasing party, purchasing process and the relevance of the specific offer all need investigation.

How do fees work?

Any research fee, origination fee or success-linked arrangement must be agreed for the actual engagement. No fee is assumed from a market opportunity alone.

Cainworth's role is selective commercial investigation and authorized support. We do not imply legal, brokerage, financial or technical licensing from publication of this page.

Bring us a commercial question worth examining.

Start with a brief description of the need, offer or market situation. We'll first determine whether a suitable scope and responsible parties can be established.
